Service messaging program
By choosing the optional SMS consent checkbox on our service-request form, you agree to receive service-related text messages from FIX IT MECHANIC LLC about your inquiries, requested estimates, appointment coordination, repair updates, and related customer support. This program does not include promotional messages.
SMS program eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the FIX IT MECHANIC LLC SMS program and be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
Your choice

Opt out
Reply STOP to a message from our messaging number to unsubscribe. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. After opting out, you will not receive further messages from this program unless you opt in again. For service assistance without SMS, call Chris.

Delivery
Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages are not an emergency service.

Read our Privacy Policy for information about collection and use of personal information. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except providers necessary to deliver the messaging service.
Service requests
Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment, price, or repair authorization. Chris will discuss availability, the vehicle, suitable working conditions, and applicable estimates before service is agreed.
